GCash needed to resize over 300 icons and counting into two additional sizes to simplify developer hand-off. Manually, this would have required me and my team to select each icon, create variants, rescale, and rename them to produce three sizes. The task would have taken weeks.
I developed a plugin that automated the process, cutting the time required from weeks to minutes and removing repetitive manual work.
